Location: Dundalk, Co. Louth | Full-Time | Permanent
Salary: €50,000 – €55,000 DOE + Benefits

THE ROLE:
As a BIM Engineer, you'll be responsible for creating, coordinating and managing BIM models across a range of modular engineering projects.
Working closely with design, engineering and project delivery teams, you'll play a key role in ensuring designs are coordinated, clash-free and fully aligned with project requirements.
- Develop and maintain BIM models using Revit and other BIM platforms
- Coordinate architectural, structural and MEP elements within project models
- Carry out clash detection and resolve design conflicts using Navisworks and related software
- Support project teams with BIM coordination and design reviews
- Manage BIM documentation, revisions and model updates
- Participate in BIM coordination meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- Support BIM standards, quality control and continuous improvement initiatives
- Assist with project scheduling, reporting and technical documentation where required
THE PERSON:
This role will suit a BIM Engineer, BIM Technician, Revit Technician or Design Engineer with experience working in construction, engineering, manufacturing or modular construction environments.
Candidates with experience coordinating multiple disciplines and working on technically complex projects will be particularly attractive.
- Experience in a BIM Engineer, BIM Technician or BIM Coordinator role
- Strong proficiency with Revit
- Experience using Navisworks for clash detection and coordination
- Understanding of architectural, structural and MEP systems
- Experience working within engineering, construction, manufacturing or modular projects
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Degree qualified in Engineering, Construction, Architecture or a related discipline

LOCATION:
Ideally based in Dundalk, Drogheda, Ardee, Navan, Newry or North Dublin, but open to candidates within a reasonable commute of Co. Louth.
