BMS Project Engineer
Location: Dublin & Leinster | Full-Time | Permanent
Salary: €75,000 – €85,000 DOE

The Role
This is a hands-on BMS Project Engineer position with a strong focus on software engineering, commissioning and project delivery.
- Lead the technical delivery of BMS projects across multiple sites
- Program, test and commission BMS systems
- Support system design and engineering activities
- Manage project costs and monitor delivery against programme
- Liaise with clients, consultants and onsite stakeholders
- Carry out demonstrations, testing and handover of completed systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during commissioning
- Work closely with a team of engineers on high-profile projects
The Person
This role could suit candidates from a range of building services, automation and engineering backgrounds.
- Experience as a BMS Engineer, Project Engineer, Controls Engineer or Automation Engineer
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and building services
- Good understanding of electrical and instrumentation systems
- Experience commissioning and testing BMS installations
- Knowledge of Cylon or Tridium systems would be highly beneficial
- Exposure to Siemens or Sauter systems is an advantage
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage client relationships
- Comfortable leading projects and working on your own initiative
