THE COMPANY:

Our client is a leading supplier of commercial and industrial laundry equipment, supporting customers across healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing and commercial sectors.

As the business continues to expand its service capabilities, they are seeking a Field Service Engineer to support customers throughout the Dublin region.

THE ROLE:

The successful Field Service Engineer will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing industrial laundry equipment at customer sites.

This is a hands-on role suited to engineers who enjoy fault finding and working across a range of electrical and mechanical systems.

Key responsibilities include:

• Servicing and repairing industrial laundry equipment

• Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults

• Working on motors, drives, pumps, control systems and associated equipment

• Carrying out preventative maintenance activities

• Supporting equipment installations and commissioning

• Completing service reports and documentation

• Providing technical support to customers

• Maintaining high standards of customer service

THE PERSON:

We are looking to speak with candidates who have experience within field service, maintenance, industrial equipment, manufacturing, facilities management or building services environments. However, we are also open to candidates from closely related sectors with strong electro-mechanical skills.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Electro-mechanical maintenance or service experience

• Strong electrical fault-finding capability

• Experience working on motors, pumps, drives or control systems

• Good mechanical troubleshooting skills

• Customer-facing experience

• Ability to work independently

• Full clean driving licence

THE PACKAGE:

• Base Salary: €46,000 – €52,000 DOE
