Location: Waterford (covering Leinster & Munster) | Full-Time | Permanent
Salary: €50,000 – €60,000 + Benefits

THE ROLE:
This is a hands-on Health & Safety Advisor role supporting projects across Leinster and Munster. You'll work closely with site teams to maintain high safety standards and drive a positive safety culture across multiple locations.
- Carry out site inspections and audits across live projects
- Ensure compliance with Irish health & safety legislation and company standards
- Review RAMS and provide support to site teams
- Deliver site inductions, toolbox talks and safety training
- Assist with incident investigations and reporting
- Support the implementation of the company's safety management system
- Liaise with subcontractors, clients and external stakeholders
- Prepare reports and identify risks before they become issues
THE PERSON:
This role would suit a Health & Safety Advisor, Health & Safety Officer or EH&S Coordinator looking to gain exposure across a range of renewable energy projects. Candidates from construction, engineering, utilities or infrastructure environments are all encouraged to apply.
- Background in Health & Safety, EH&S or a related discipline
- Experience within construction, engineering, utilities or industrial environments
- Strong understanding of Irish health & safety regulations
- Confident carrying out audits, inspections and site visits
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organisational and reporting abilities
- Comfortable travelling throughout Leinster and Munster
- Full driving licence

LOCATION:
