Junior Project Engineer
Excellent opportunity for a Graduate or Junior Engineer to join a growing engineering business, as our client looks to expand their project delivery team in Dublin.

Our client is a well-established engineering company delivering technical solutions within the building services and automation space. They work across a range of commercial and industrial projects, providing end-to-end project delivery from design through to installation and commissioning.
With a strong pipeline of work and continued growth, they are now seeking to add a Junior Project Engineer to their team, offering excellent training and long-term career development within a high-demand sector.
Role:
Based in Dublin, the successful Junior Project Engineer will support the delivery of projects across building services and automation systems. You will work closely with senior engineers, project managers, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting the delivery of engineering projects from design through to commissioning
- Assisting with project planning, scheduling, and coordination of works
- Working with technical drawings, schematics, and system designs
- Supporting installation and commissioning activities on-site
- Assisting in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Ensuring projects are delivered to quality, safety, and timeline requirements
- Supporting documentation, reporting, and project tracking
Person:
This role will suit either recent graduates or engineers with early-stage industry experience.
- Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic, or Building Services Engineering
- Open to graduates or candidates with experience in controls, HVAC, automation, or building services
- Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Organised with strong attention to detail
- Motivated and eager to develop within a project environment
