Maintenance Manager
We have a great opportunity based in Waterford with our client who are now actively looking for a site-based Maintenance Manager!

Growing from strength to strength every year, this indigenous Irish food supplier has become renowned in not only the Irish but also the international market. With several thousand employees, across several countries, our client supplies into major retailers, manufacturers, and food service operators across the world. They are now growing their multi-million-euro business and are seeking to add a Maintenance Manager to their Waterford site. With a long-standing company history, and clear progression path, this role is not to be missed!
Role:
The successful Maintenance Manager will be based on site in Waterford and will be tasked with the following:
- Responsible for a team of Fitters and Electricians across production.
- Planning the routine + predictive maintenance across both Meat and Stock Plants
- Managing and directing the day-to-day operations of the Maintenance team.
- Providing leadership and training.
Person:
We are looking to speak to candidates who possess the following:
- Ideally management experience if not at least supervisory/team leader roles prior in Production/Manufacturing environments
- Ideally a Mechanical Fitter or Maintenance Electrician by trade but other relevant engineering backgrounds will also be strongly considered
- Production experience is highly advantageous
Package:
- Salary: €80,000 - €90,000 DOE
