M&E Bid Manager
Excellent opportunity to join a growing engineering contractor, as our client looks to appoint an M&E Bid Manager to support the successful delivery of tenders and pre-construction activities.
Company:
Our client is a leading engineering contractor operating across commercial, industrial, pharmaceutical, healthcare, and mission-critical sectors. Due to continued growth, they are expanding their pre-construction team.
Role:
Based in Dublin, the successful M&E Bid Manager will coordinate and manage bids from initial enquiry through to submission.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing the complete bid and tender process
- Coordinating technical, commercial, and operational inputs
- Reviewing tender documentation and project requirements
- Developing submission strategies and bid programmes
- Working closely with estimating and project delivery teams
- Ensuring accurate and professional tender submissions
- Supporting client presentations and negotiations
- Identifying opportunities to improve bid success rates
- Managing multiple tender submissions simultaneously
Person:
- Previous bid management, estimating, pre-construction, or project management experience
- Experience within M&E, construction, or engineering sectors
- Strong communication and document management skills
- Excellent organisational and project coordination abilities
- Ability to manage strict deadlines and competing priorities
Package:
- Salary: €80,000 – €100,000
