HVAC Project Manager
Location: Dublin | Full-Time | Permanent
Salary: €85,000 – €95,000 DOE + Benefits

Continued growth and a strong project pipeline have created an opportunity for an experienced HVAC Project Manager to take ownership of project delivery across the Dublin region.
THE ROLE:
This is a hands-on Project Manager role with responsibility for the successful delivery of multiple HVAC installation projects across Dublin and the surrounding area.
You'll manage projects from planning and mobilisation through to commissioning, customer handover and project close-out.
- Manage multiple HVAC installation projects simultaneously
- Develop project programmes and manage labour and resource planning
- Coordinate engineers, subcontractors, materials and site access requirements
- Monitor project budgets, variations and overall commercial performance
- Carry out regular site visits to review progress, quality and safety standards
- Manage customer relationships and provide regular project updates
- Support commissioning activities, snagging and project handover
- Resolve site and delivery challenges while keeping projects on schedule
THE PERSON:
This role is ideal for an experienced HVAC Project Manager seeking greater ownership and autonomy. Candidates from HVAC, refrigeration, building services or mechanical contracting backgrounds will be particularly suited.
The company is also open to strong Mechanical Project Managers who have delivered M&E or building services projects and have a solid understanding of HVAC installations.
- Experience as an HVAC Project Manager, Mechanical Project Manager or Building Services Project Manager
- Strong background delivering HVAC or mechanical installation projects
- Experience managing subcontractors, labour and project programmes
- Good commercial awareness including budgeting, variations and cost control
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and installation practices
- Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent customer-facing and stakeholder management skills
- Mechanical Engineering, Building Services or related qualification would be advantageous
