Excellent opportunity to join a leading engineering contractor, as our client looks to appoint a Mechanical Contracts Manager to oversee a portfolio of high-value engineering and construction projects.

Our client is a well-established engineering contractor delivering complex mechanical and electrical projects across Ireland. They have built a strong reputation for delivering large-scale projects within highly regulated and technically demanding environments.
Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Mechanical Contracts Manager to support the ongoing expansion of the business.
Role:
Based in Dublin, the successful Mechanical Contracts Manager will oversee multiple projects simultaneously and manage the commercial, operational, and contractual aspects of project delivery.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing multiple mechanical projects and project teams
- Overseeing project delivery from award through to completion
- Managing project budgets, forecasts, and contractual performance
- Building and maintaining client relationships
- Supporting procurement and subcontractor management
- Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards
- Providing leadership and guidance to Project Managers and site teams
- Attending senior stakeholder and client meetings
- Driving project performance and profitability
Person:
- Mechanical Engineering or Building Services background
- Strong experience in Contracts Management within construction or engineering
- Proven leadership and people management experience
- Commercially astute with strong contractual knowledge
- Experience managing large-scale building services projects
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
Package:
- Salary: €90,000 – €110,000
