Operations Manager
Excellent opportunity to join a growing specialist engineering company, as our client looks to appoint an Operations Manager to lead project delivery and operational performance across their Dublin-based business.

Our client is a well-established engineering and manufacturing business operating within the construction and building services sector. They design, fabricate, and deliver bespoke solutions for commercial projects, working closely with main contractors and subcontractors.
With decades of experience and a strong reputation in their niche, they continue to grow their market share and are now seeking an experienced Operations Manager to support ongoing expansion and improve delivery across multiple projects.
Role:
Based in Dublin, the successful Operations Manager will oversee the coordination of multiple projects, ensuring efficient delivery from design through to installation. The role will involve a mix of office-based work, remote flexibility, and occasional site visits.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing the end-to-end delivery of multiple live projects(typically several running concurrently)
- Coordinating across design, production, and installation teams
- Working closely with main contractors and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution
- Leading and supporting internal teams including engineers and operational staff
- Overseeing scheduling, resource allocation, and project timelines
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality standards
- Driving operational improvements across processes and workflows
- Maintaining strong client relationships and acting as a key point of contact
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety and industry requirements
Person:
This role will suit candidates with strong operational or project leadership experience within engineering, fabrication, or construction-related environments.
- Proven experience in an Operations Manager, Project Manager, or Senior Leadership role
- Background in fabrication, building services, façade systems, or construction highly desirable
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership and team management capability
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work across both office and site environments
- Commercial awareness and problem-solving mindset
- Full, clean driving licence required
Package:
- Salary: €100,000 – €120,000
- Bonus (circa 20%)
