Electrical Project Engineer

THE ROLE:
Working closely with the Project Manager, you'll support the successful delivery of water and wastewater projects from initial design through to installation and commissioning.
- Support the delivery of projects through design, procurement and construction phases
- Work on water and wastewater treatment projects across Ireland
- Update technical drawings, reports and project documentation
- Prepare method statements, risk assessments and technical submissions
- Coordinate site activities, labour and equipment requirements
- Monitor health & safety, quality and project progress on site
- Carry out regular site visits and inspections throughout project delivery
- Assist with project budgets, costs and reporting
THE PERSON:
This role will suit an Electrical Project Engineer, Site Engineer or electrically qualified professional looking to develop within project delivery. Candidates from water, utilities, pharmaceutical, food & beverage, manufacturing or building services environments will all be considered.
- Electrical qualification or electrical engineering background
- Experience as a Project Engineer, Electrical Engineer or Site Engineer
- Exposure to industrial, process or utilities projects
- Experience within water or wastewater projects would be advantageous
- Building Services experience will also be considered
- Strong understanding of health & safety and site operations
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Comfortable working across office and site environments

LOCATION:
