Location: Naas, Co. Kildare | Full-Time | Permanent
Salary: €75,000 - €95,000 DOE + Benefits

THE ROLE:
As Senior Project Engineer, you will lead the delivery of capital projects, process improvements and capacity enhancement initiatives across manufacturing operations.
- Manage engineering projects from concept through to commissioning
- Deliver process improvement, automation and cost-reduction initiatives
- Support production growth through equipment and process upgrades
- Manage project budgets, timelines and contractor performance
- Drive Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement activities
- Work closely with operations, production and planning teams
- Lead engineering input for audits and compliance activities
- Mentor and support members of the engineering team
THE PERSON:
This role will suit a Senior Project Engineer, Project Manager, Engineering Manager or Manufacturing Engineer with experience in a food, FMCG, pharmaceutical or high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing or related Engineering discipline
- Strong project management experience within manufacturing
- Proven track record delivering capital projects
- Experience managing budgets and stakeholders
- Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement knowledge
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- AutoCAD experience desirable
