Project Manager (Construction)
Location: South Dublin | Full-Time | Fixed-Term Contract (24 Months)
Salary: €90,000 – €110,000 DOE

The Role
This is a site-based Construction Project Manager position leading a major mixed-use development in South Dublin.
You'll take ownership of project delivery from construction through to completion, managing teams, programme, budget and stakeholder relationships.
- Lead the successful delivery of a large-scale residential development
- Manage programme, budget and project resources
- Coordinate architects, engineers, subcontractors and site teams
- Drive project performance and report progress to senior management
- Ensure works are completed safely, on time and to the highest standards
- Monitor cost control and identify risks early
- Lead project meetings and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
- Ensure compliance with all health & safety and regulatory requirements
The Person
This role will suit an experienced Project Manager with a strong construction background and a proven record of delivering large projects.
- Background as a Project Manager with a Main Contractor or Developer
- Experience delivering medium to large-scale construction projects
- Strong budget management and cost control experience
- Degree qualified in Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong commercial and programme awareness
- RC frame residential or high-rise experience would be advantageous
- Fluent English with excellent communication skills
