THE ROLE:
This Senior Project Manager position will lead the delivery of complex engineering and manufacturing projects from order receipt through to installation and handover.
Working closely with customers, production teams, engineering, procurement and site personnel, you will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest standards.
- Lead multiple engineering and manufacturing projects simultaneously
- Manage project teams across engineering, procurement, production and installation
- Develop and maintain project programmes, budgets and delivery schedules
- Coordinate site activities, subcontractors and client stakeholders
- Monitor commercial performance and manage project profitability
- Lead customer meetings and provide regular project updates
- Manage project risks, change orders and technical issues
- Drive continuous improvement and support the development of project management best practices
THE PERSON:
This role is suited to an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in engineering, manufacturing, modular construction or industrial projects.
Candidates from project-based manufacturing, M&E, industrial engineering, data centres, utilities, infrastructure or modular construction environments are all encouraged to apply.
- Experience as a Senior Project Manager, Project Manager or Programme Manager
- Background delivering complex engineering or manufacturing projects
- Degree qualified in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or a related discipline
- Strong commercial and financial management experience
- Experience managing multidisciplinary project teams
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills
- Proficient with project planning software such as MS Project or Primavera
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

LOCATION:
Ideally based in Dundalk, Drogheda, Navan, Ardee, Newry or North Dublin, but open to candidates within a reasonable commute of Co. Louth.
