The Company
Our client is a globally recognised provider of medical and mobility equipment, operating within highly regulated healthcare environments. With a strong focus on people, quality, and patient outcomes, they deliver essential equipment and services to hospitals, nursing homes, and community care settings nationwide.
Due to continued growth, our client is now seeking a Regional Service Supervisor to lead and support their Field Service Engineering team across Dublin and the Leinster region.
The Role
This is a hands‑on leadership role combining people management, technical expertise, and operational responsibility. The successful candidate will supervise a team of Field Service Engineers while also providing technical support and escalation cover when required.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading, supervising, and developing a team of approximately 7 Field Service Engineers
- Acting as the first point of contact for technical support, coaching, and guidance
- Carrying out service and repair work on complex or escalated issues when necessary
- Driving service contract retention and renewals within the region
- Managing service schedules, productivity, SLAs, compliance, and financial performance
- Acting as Deputy to the Area Service Manager, supporting operational and commercial activity
- Completing performance reviews, audits, and supporting recruitment within the team
- Working closely with service administration, account managers, and customers
- Ensuring all work is delivered safely and in line with ISO standards and internal quality systems
The role covers servicing and maintenance of medical beds, mattresses, patient hoists, assisted baths, and related healthcare equipment.
The Candidate
Our client is seeking an experienced engineering professional with:
- A mechanical or electrical engineering background (essential)
- A relevant engineering qualification
- Strong knowledge of health & safety, EN standards, and compliance frameworks
- Full Irish driving licence and willingness to travel regionally (occasional overnight stays)
Package

- Salary: €45,000 – €55,000
