Salary: €55,000 – €70,000 DOE

The Role
This is a specialist Site Engineer role supporting the delivery of large residential projects. You'll take ownership of facade coordination, setting out and technical delivery on site.
- Coordinate facade packages from installation through to completion
- Manage brickwork, SFS, insulation, cavity barriers and associated facade elements
- Work closely with setting out engineers to ensure dimensional accuracy
- Monitor concrete frame surveys and facade tolerances
- Assist with programming and sequencing of facade works
- Coordinate material deliveries and subcontractors
- Identify and resolve technical and design issues on site
- Attend site meetings and support overall project delivery
The Person
This role will suit an Engineer with strong residential construction experience and a particular interest in facade delivery.
- Background as a Site Engineer, Facade Engineer or Project Engineer
- Minimum 4 years' experience with a main contractor in Ireland
- Strong experience delivering brickwork facade packages
- Excellent setting out and AutoCAD skills
- Good understanding of residential construction projects
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Confident coordinating subcontractors and multiple work fronts
- Strong communication skills with excellent written and spoken English
