Site Supervisor
Location: Kilkenny | Full-Time | Permanent
Salary: €60,000 - €70,000 DOE + Company Van + Pension

THE ROLE:
As Site Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure projects, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
Working closely with project managers, site crews, subcontractors and clients, you will play a key role in coordinating resources, maintaining programme deadlines and ensuring successful project delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day site operations
- Promote and enforce health & safety standards on site
- Coordinate site teams, subcontractors and suppliers
- Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are achieved
- Supervise civil engineering and groundworks activities
- Maintain quality standards across all works
- Complete labour records, timesheets and site documentation
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and HSQE requirements
THE PERSON:
Ideally, you'll have experience supervising water, wastewater, utilities or civil engineering projects, although candidates from other heavy civils or infrastructure backgrounds will also be considered.
- Previous experience in a Site Supervisor, Foreperson or similar position
- Strong knowledge of Uisce Éireann / Irish Water specifications and standards
- Background in water, wastewater, utilities or heavy civil engineering projects
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple site activities and stakeholders
- Good reporting and communication skills
- Full clean driving licence
