Supply Chain Manager
Location: Dundalk, Co. Louth | Full-Time | Permanent
Salary: €60,000 – €70,000 DOE + Benefits

THE ROLE:
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Supply Chain Manager will oversee procurement, planning and material management activities to ensure customer requirements are met while maintaining cost efficiency and supply continuity.
- Lead and manage the procurement and planning teams
- Work closely with production and sales teams to ensure on-time delivery
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure best value and drive cost savings
- Manage raw material purchasing and supply chain performance
- Monitor supplier performance and implement improvement initiatives
- Resolve supplier and material-related issues alongside quality and operations teams
- Maintain ERP accuracy and support inventory planning activities
- Contribute to wider business and operational decision-making
THE PERSON:
This role will suit an experienced procurement or supply chain professional looking to take ownership of a critical business function. Candidates from manufacturing, industrial, engineering or production environments are all encouraged to apply.
- Background as a Supply Chain Manager, Procurement Manager, Purchasing Manager, Materials Manager or Lead Buyer
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior procurement, planning or supply chain role
- Experience within a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Proven people management and leadership experience
- Strong supplier negotiation and commercial skills
- Experience working with ERP systems, ideally Epicor
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and MS Office skills
- Professional procurement or supply chain qualifications would be advantageous

LOCATION:
Ideally based in Dundalk, Drogheda, Ardee, Navan, Newry or North Dublin, but open to candidates located within a reasonable commute of Co. Louth.
